Your day to day
As a Restaurant and Bar attendant, you will have the opportunity to work across our 5 distinct venues on Hayman Island, which means no two days are the same. From serving gourmet breakfast on the beachfront in the morning, to sophisticated seafood in the evenings, our collection of unique dining options provides our guests with extraordinary island experiences of which you will play an important part. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greet incoming guests and make them feel welcome.
- Confidently explain menu offerings, answer questions, and take guests orders.
- Deliver prepared food and clean tables.
- Problem solve any issues that arise, always ensuring seamless service to enhance our guests dining experience.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. You will have:
- Strong verbal communication, listening skills and customer service.
- Be friendly, energetic, positive, and outgoing.
- A team player with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
