Are you passionate about food and eager to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our highly successful Food and Beverage team. Grand Casino is one of Otago’s largest hospitality employers offering our guests a wide range of entertainment options and is recognised as a highly reputable employer in Dunedin.
As our hours of operation are between 12pm to 12am/2am, flexibility is essential. You will be required to work nights and/or weekends. Rosters are prepared in advance fortnightly.
To be successful in this role:
- Passion for food is a must, as there will be opportunities for the right person to help our chefs with food preparation when required.
- You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a face pased environment
- Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
